Jim TenBrink
Co-Founder, Vice President of Sales and R&D
Jim brings 19 years of experience in the medical device industry, with a strong track record in business development, sales, and strategic partnerships. As Senior Business Development Manager at Medical Accessories & Research Corporation, he increased territorial sales by over 700%, securing major multimillion-dollar accounts.
Previously, Jim held key roles at J.B. Laboratories and Interior Design Services, where he led high-impact client relationships and drove significant revenue growth. His background includes working with Fortune 100 medical device companies to develop innovative solutions that support sales, marketing, and surgical training initiatives.

Harley Domasik
Production Operations Manager
Harley brings over 17 years of model-making experience in the medical device industry. He began his career at Medical Accessories & Research, where he quickly advanced to head model maker, leading key projects and product lines.
Now serving as Production Operations Manager, Harley oversees manufacturing and engineering, ensuring quality, efficiency, and innovation across all processes. His deep expertise in model development, materials, and tooling drives product performance and enhances the end-user experience.
Harley is known for his integrity, technical precision, and leadership in advancing Encoris’ commitment to excellence.

Jennifer Smith
Director of Sales and Market Development
With a passion for medical innovation and a sharp eye for detail, Jennifer brings deep expertise in advancing medical education through surgical training models. Before joining Encoris, she served as National Business Director at BioTras Holdings, where she led sales and marketing efforts and helped design advanced medical training solutions.
Jennifer’s strong background in clinical education and medical devices supports Encoris’ mission to bridge the gap between theory and practice. Her experience as a licensed Realtor further sharpened her relationship-building skills, making her a trusted partner to clients, engineers, and sales teams alike.
