• Refund policy: If you are not satisfied with the purchase of your product, please contact customer service first by emailing [email protected].  State the nature of the issue in detail.  Include the order number in the subject line.  Encoris will do everything necessary to make it right.
• Shipping or delivery policy: Encoris ships all orders using the purchaser’s designated shipping company.  If you do not have a preference, Encoris can ship the model prepaid using our designated carrier.
• Return policy and process:  Encoris ensures 100% satisfaction on every order.  If you are unhappy with the product, allow us to make it right.  Contact customer service at [email protected], stating the nature of the issue in detail.  Please include the order number.
• Cancellation policy: You can cancel your order anytime up to the point of manufacturing.  Once your order is in the manufacturing process, it’s too late; manufacturing will have outfitted the models with implants.
